Emily Ratajkowski has a very close connection to her rumoured new boyfriend’s most recent ex.
The model, 31, is said to have struck up a romance with Kim Kardashian ‘s ex Pete Davidson, after the former Saturday Night Live funnyman, 28, reportedly fell for the mum-of-one thanks to her ‘intelligence’.
Emily has previously dubbed reality TV star Kim, 42, ‘the queen’ of confidence and admitted she often turns to the mum-of-four when ‘feeling down’, after striking up a friendship with The Kardashians star on social media and even modelling for Kim’s company SKIMS last year.
The model and Kim caused a major storm back in 2016, posed topless together in a mirror selfie and gave the middle finger to anyone who criticises women for stripping off.
Emily, who split from the father of her son earlier this year, recently fueled the unconfirmed reports she is dating Kim’s ex earlier this week, thanks to the Gone Girl actress ‘liking’ a post on Twitter joking about her rumoured new partner’s star-studded dating history.
Over the years, Pete has been engaged to singer Ariana Grande and enjoyed brief romances with Bridgerton actress Phoebe Dynevor and Kate Beckinsale, but his dalliance with SKIMS founder Kim remains his most high-profile romance to date.
The comedian was Kim’s first public relationship since her split from estranged husband Kanye West, but the reality TV star and Pete called it quits earlier this year after falling for each other towards the end of 2021.
Pete has seemingly moved on the from trainee lawyer, as he’s reported to be in the early stages of dating Kim’s long-time pal Emily.
The model, who welcomed son Sylvester into the world in March 2021, has previously gushed about Pete’s ex Kim over the years – branding The Kardashians star ‘an inspiration’ and sending her flowers in the past.
“Kim Kardashian is the Queen and so confident, no one can troll her,” Emily told Glamour magazine in 2018. “She’s above it all! Whenever I am down I think, ‘be more Kim, you don’t care!'”
In March 2016, Emily was one of the first celebrities to publicly defend Kim online as the reality TV star faced a backlash after sharing a censored nude on social media.
“Love when a man comments on a woman’s decision to post a nude photo. Her body, her career. Sexist bullsh*t @kimkardashian,” Emily wrote on Twitter at the time.
“Someone should be reading my Lenny letter and taking a lesson in what it means to be a woman and sexual in our culture. Ehem.”

Kim thanked the model for her support with a bunch of flowers and a sweet note, which Emily shared on her Instagram page.
“Thank you for the beautiful flowers and note @kimkardashian it’s so important that we let women express their sexuality and share their bodies however they choose,” Emily gushed over social media.
She went on to quote famous feminist Emma Goldman, writing: “‘Merely external emancipation has made of the modern woman an artificial being.
“‘Now, woman is confronted with the necessity of emancipating herself from emancipation, if she really desires to be free.'”

The pals went on to cause some controversy together – and annoy Piers Morgan – later that month, as they stripped off for an iconic mirror selfie.
As both stars posed topless in front of a mirror in the direct message to their haters, they flipped the middle finger to make it crystal clear they didn’t care about the backlash.
Captioning the snap on social media, Kim wrote: “When we’re like…we both have nothing to wear LOL @emrata.”
More recently, Emily lent her modeling skills to Kim’s SKIMS shapewear line as she appeared in an advert for the business mogul fashion brand in 2020.
The model – who split from husband of four years Sebastian Bear-McClard a few months ago – wore only a pair of black high waist underwear for the revealing snap promoting her pal’s business venture.
Kim and Emily haven’t interacted with each other on social media over recent weeks, amid reports the model is dating funnyman Pete.

A source close to the Emily and Pete has claimed the two stars “have been talking for a couple months now” after a mutual friend set them up.
King of Staten Island star Pete apparently loves how intelligent Emily is, while the mum-of-one is enjoying laughing with the comedian.
Neither star is yet to publicly confirm or deny the rumours, but Emily recently liked a tweet shared a viral tweet from Dionne Warwick, in which the musical icon joked about being Pete’s newest love interest.
