A\u00f1ade el agua y la mantequilla derretida. Amasa por 5-7 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 el\u00e1stica. Aguanta perfectamente <strong>2 a 3 d\u00edas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Congelaci\u00f3n (Recomendado):<\/strong> El hojaldre congela de maravilla.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Masa en bloque:<\/strong> Envu\u00e9lvela en film y luego en papel aluminio. Dura hasta <strong>3 meses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Piezas cortadas:<\/strong> Si ya cortaste tus croissants o pastelitos, cong\u00e9lalos en una bandeja y luego p\u00e1salos a una bolsa herm\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Descongelado:<\/strong> \u00a1Importante! Pasa la masa del congelador a la nevera la noche anterior. Nunca la dejes a temperatura ambiente para descongelar, o la mantequilla se derretir\u00e1 y perder\u00e1s las capas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf1f Consejos Pro para un Hojaldre de Diez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fr\u00edo extremo:<\/strong> Todo debe estar fr\u00edo (manos, rodillo, superficie).
