Hoy vamos a preparar un <strong>pan tipo flauta<\/strong>, una versi\u00f3n ligeramente enriquecida (gracias a la leche y mantequilla) que da como resultado una barra tierna, elegante y deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te intimida hacer pan, \u00a1no te preocupes! Activa la magia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla la <strong>leche tibia<\/strong>, el <strong>az\u00facar<\/strong> y la <strong>levadura<\/strong>. D\u00e9jala reposar unos 10 minutos. Remueve hasta que no veas harina seca. Esto relaja el gluten y facilita el estirado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formado:<\/strong> Estira cada bola en un rect\u00e1ngulo y enrolla por el lado largo. Segundo Levado y Horneado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca las barras en una bandeja con papel de horno y deja que leven otros 45-60 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El truco del vapor:<\/strong> Precalienta el horno a <strong>190 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Coloca una bandeja vac\u00eda en el fondo. Antes de meter el pan, pincela con la mezcla de huevo y leche, haz los cortes diagonales y&#8230; \u00a1al horno! Debe estar a la temperatura de un biber\u00f3n (unos 35-38 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No tengas prisa:<\/strong> El pan necesita tiempo. Si tu cocina est\u00e1 fr\u00eda, el levado puede tardar un poco m\u00e1s. Ten paciencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfriado en rejilla:<\/strong> Nunca cortes el pan reci\u00e9n salido del horno.
